Does Anybody Know What Time It Is?
Ever wonder what it would be like to work for that big corporation but set your own hours? That’s exactly the model that electronics giant Best Buy has adopted in the workplace. Employees (the ones that used to work in big offcies) created a paradim shift in which they are apparently allowed to set their own hours, set their own meetings, etc. The result? So far it has apparently been great…increased productivity, happier employees, satisfied customers, decreased costs to the company (I wonder how much those cube walls cost anyways?).
