Position Description
Musicorp is a wholesale distributor of musical instruments, accessories, and lighting products with several distribution centers across the US and headquartered in Charleston, SC. Musicorp has an immediate opening for the position of Graphic Designer.Musicorp is a wholesale distributor of musical instruments, accessories, and lighting products with several distribution centers across the US and headquartered in Charleston, SC. Musicorp has an immediate opening for the position of Graphic Designer.The Graphic Designer will report to the Director of Marketing and work with a production team developing various types of marketing collateral such as:
• Large, full-color product catalogs
• Multi-page, full-color sale flyers
• Brochures and sell sheets
• National trade industry magazine print ads
• Product packaging
• Trade show display graphics
• Various communication materials
• Web and e-mail ads
Degree in Graphic Design or related field and at least one year’s experience is preferred. Must have significant experience with Quark Xpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and some experience in Word and Excel. Background in web design, Mac systems technology, video production, photography and/or pre-press a plus.
